After trying to schedule an appointment 3 times and being disconnected after hitting "1" - I finally got a human being that transferred me to the right location. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, then disconnected. I called back and got a snarky, rude guy that hung up on me after I asked him NOT to put me on hold. Really?? -- Is this any way to run a business? Maybe I don't have a choice (my insurance company requires I go there) - but eventually the service will affect whether or not patients will use this company. If I broke my leg in front of their door, I would walk to another imaging facility.
