  • It seems like every time I come in, this is visit 4, I leave disappointed. I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to where I live. But their hours are inconvenient, the service is always mediocre, and I can't seem to order a cake no matter the lead time I give them, it's always some event that comes up where they can't or the cake I would like to order, I didn't give enough lead time, etc. Now I came in for cupcakes and received the coldest reception/purchase experience ever. They sent me a coupon to use via email for a free cupcake, tried to redeem it, but the cashier was not having it. She kept talking down at me and insinuated that my coupon was a fake. Its not my fault their coupon system doesnt work! That's it, done here.
