Well, all of the reviews so far accurately depict my experience here. The only positive was that the cashier (not the person who took my order), was very kind and wishes me a safe travel. Starbucks is known for its epic customer service experience proposition. Unfortunately, this one is likely managed by the airport hospitality holding company and it therefore loses those nice touches that one would normally expect.
But, hey, get your latte then get out and wait for your flight. Just don't have too high of expectations.
