  • The chocolate is delicious, though I do take issue with the lack of appropriate hygiene taken by the chocolatieres. I've been to several countries that are well known for their chocolate - belgium, netherlands, germany - and in all of these the facilities are pristine and all staff wear hair-nets. These girls have long ponytails with their hair flailing about. I'm a bit hesitant to purchase any product from Soma because of this lack of attention to detail.
