I own a business around the corner and went in to get some steaks for dinner. As I went to the meat section I was instantly confused by the way Albertsons sets up their prices... I saw 4 shelves so you would expect 4 price tags right???? I guess there were only 3 which was really confusing.
I went to checkout and I got a completely different price. I told the guy Robert to go check because 2 steaks usually don't cost twenty eight dollars. I was told that he couldn't check which in the service industry is a big no no. I proceeded to check out and go to customer service since Robert wouldn't check because it would take up his time.
I approached the front counter and we walked back and the first thing the gentleman said was yeah I can see how you saw the price. I had to go to the front refund the debit which took about 15 to 20 minutes. I then went to ask for the guys name and he wouldn't give it to me because he knew he treated a customer poorly.
I went to the representative at customer service to finish my transaction for the steak and ask when the general manager was in. I was about to walk out and Robert put his hand on my shoulder and you DON'T TOUCH CUSTOMERS!!!! This is unbelievable. I have never experienced something so terrible in my entire experience as a business owner.
This is the last time I am going back there...
