Had fraud on my account. After spending an hour on the phone handling the situation, they had to cancel my debit card, I was advised to come to my closet branch and get a temporary debit card, while they were mailing my new card. They told me I could come anytime, and never suggested setting me up with an appointment. I get to this branch and was told I needed an appointment, there was 2 people sitting in the lobby at 11:10am on a Friday. They then proceed to tell me I couldn't get an appointment until, 1:30pm. So basically I have to come back in 2 hours and 20 minutes to get something as simple as a temporary debit card? Unreal. I've never even had to schedule an appointment or even wait more than 15 minutes for opening a new account or anything else I needed to do in store. Terrible
