Why do I keep doing this to myself? I guess it's the low prices. But the excruciating slow, long lines are ridiculous. The average experience includes maybe 2 people behind the counter and a line of about 14 people long. With an average transaction time of 5-8 minutes, you are looking at 35 minutes to an hour, minimum. To rent a car. IF one of the employees doesn't go on a break while you are in line. How about more counters open? How about a faster process? How about kiosks? This is 2017, remember. I don't have all day to waste.
