| - Ok, I lived here for a transition period for 6 months this year, and have mostly positive feedback for those looking to lease an apartment. The front office staff was always very friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries, the maintenance team were hard-working and timely, and the facilities were very nice and "resort-like," especially the work-out room, which actually could rival that of many membership-type gyms. The grounds are well maintained and it was a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown, close to everything. The ONLY problem that I experienced was during the months of June, July and August. The reason being is that, being in Arizona, the heat gets close to 120 degrees and the air-conditioners are not equipped to cool the apartment below 83 degrees. It ran all day and night, and, if lucky, would get to 77 degrees by 5:00 in the morning. So, if you can tolerate a little bit of heat in the dead of summer and are looking to live in a trendy, pet-friendly, area close to everything that Phoenix has to offer, than you should love Camden Copper Square.
