I would give -1 stars if I could. We purchased a daybed to celebrate a friend's wedding and purchased food and drinks. We had a great time until the check came with multiple items we had not purchased. The waitress explained that she had several sections by herself and just got things mixed up, which we could understand. We were able to resolve it that day and left feeling great. The next day we checked our bank statement and the total was almost $200 over what we'd spent including tip. We went back the next day to resolve it and got treated terribly. The managers seemed to be overly aggressive toward the card holder and when a one of us came over to help explain, one of the Security manager's (Nate) became very hostile and threatened to ignore us completely since "it was yesterday". At this point we were appalled because we could not believe Managers at an established beach club would treat paying customers this way. The other manager, Kelly, stepped in, located the receipt and promised the other charges would fall off the card and to contact him by the following Monday if the charges hadn't been reversed. He even gave us complementary drinks to help ease how annoyed we were. So we appreciate him, but that other manager needs to be re-trained in customer service.
