  • It's surely not my first choice for hotel in Vegas. I have stayed in Mirage last June. The room was clean of course and modern. The view was nice. But the service sucks big time. My bf checked in and left me the key at the front desk. I got the key, walked hella far to the room and the key wouldn't work. So I called the front desk asking for someone to come up to open the door for me coz my bf was at a birthday party couldnt come back right away. I waited for freaking 20 mins still no one came. I called again and waited again another 15 mins still no answer for my quest. So i walked down to the front desk to get another key. I mentioned the wait at the front desk but she was just smiling and apologized. I should have been more bitchy to ask them to comp my room but oh well. Meanwhile there was a dirty cart of room service in front of my room's door and my bf didnt order room service. I did request twice for the cart to be taken away but they didnt clean up the mess until early the next morning. I would never stay here again.
