  • I have lived in the Villa Seville complex a year now. Since I was turned on to the owner of Golden Valley (Mickey Latz), my complaints about how the property is managed have completely turned around. For example, yesterday (6/29/16), I contacted Mickey regarding some concerns I had about the pool. Mickey returned my inquiry within the hour and advised me that he would make sure it was taken care of. Before the close of business, I had been advised what the problem was with the pool and that it had been repaired and resolved. Mickey seems to take a genuine interest in our complex despite the many other properties he manages. I also have no complaints about the other staff of Golden Valley.
