  • My wife and I wanted to move from Pasadena to the Las Vegas area. But, we worried about finding the right Realtor to help us buy a house out of state that met our needs with a minimum of headaches. Unwilling to play Realtor roulette, we found Faith Harmer and her team at Urban Nest by reviewing the experience, background, and listing and selling activities of over 100 Realtors in the Las Vegas area and narrowed that list to our top 3 candidates. Next, we set out to interview each of the candidates with a list of 20 questions. When we finished, Urban Nest Realty came out on top by a wide margin! Faith and her team impressed us with their thorough answers, how they tracked the numerous details for each transaction, and demonstrated their commitment not to just doing their best, but doing what it takes. We walked away from the interview feeling that this team genuinely cared about doing an outstanding job for all their clients and excelled in keeping them up to date throughout their real estate transaction. We worked primarily with team member Heidi Tuai who tirelessly showed us homes in the region that ultimately helped us narrow our search to Henderson. Because we lived out of state and faced a unique set of logistical challenges, she took videos of homes that interested us as they came onto the market while we were in Pasadena so we can choose to act on them right away. Heidi amazed us with her energy level, real estate knowledge, and negotiation skills. When we found our home, we especially appreciated her herculean efforts to close escrow on schedule despite a problem with a house improvement made without a building permit. Missing the escrow deadline would have meant we'd incur costly travel expenses and hotel fees back to Henderson and added stress. Thank you, Heidi!
