  • I really don't understand why this place is so highly rated for laundry and wash and fold services. I get a lot of dry cleaning done and this place ranks at the bottom of my list for dry cleaning. I got a suit, several dresses, and regular wash and fold and frankly, the dry cleaning was subpar. My suit pants were not creased properly. I understand that they are women's dress pants, but in every other place that I've had dry cleaning, they have been creased down the middle properly. My wash and fold was not folded properly. There were a ton of wrinkles and I'll have to iron all the pieces individually due to the poor folding. I also specified certain blazers to be dry cleaned versus wash and fold and they ended up dry cleaning all my blazers, which was not the intention. The owner is nice but that doesn't merit a second visit.
