  • I'm giving Dan Bradley's Glass Shop two stars because they gave me a good price on a glass shower door. I docked them 3 stars because they have to have the worst receptionist I've ever dealt with. Seriously. I have called this company at least 8 times for various quotes and questions, and every time, she is horribly rude and short. She should find a new job since she obviously hates working there. I would rather pay more with another company, then ever call this place again, thats how rude she is. She talks down to you, she is short with you, and she's rude. Worst customer service from a receptionist/secretary I've ever had to deal with.
