  • BUYER BEWARE - I booked an appointment with the vendor approximately 10 days in advance and noted upon arrival that they had overbooked a large number of clients. I drove over 30 minutes to Mississauga only to be informed that they could not accommodate my appointment. After expressing my disappointment, the gentleman that was present indicated that "it was not his problem, and he only works here". I've purchased and redeemed a number of vouchers from Buytopia in the past without any difficulties which is why I was very disconcerted when I received such disreputable customer service. I have to say that I was rather discontented by my entire experience with this deceptive vendor.
