This review is a tricky one... first off, The steak is the best...I had the Kobe beef Flatiron, and it was as great as you would think, for 69$. But the steak is not my complaint about this place. I am all for paying high prices for a fancy feast, I mean If I go to Vegas and act like a high roller I should spend and eat like a high roller. But what i dont understand is why no sides come with your meal? So you are telling me that i can pay 184 dollars (!) for some Kobe yum yum but you aint gonna throw in any potatoes or asparagus!?!? I get that you are high end, but what is the deal in this day and age of charging someone 15 dollars for a side of asparagus, and 15 dollars for a side of potatoe/leek au gratin? So yes this was an incredible meal, taste was amazing, but c'mon you cant sell your plates with ONE choice of side.. for goddsakes Black angus and Outback give you a side! no add on soup or salad... thanks Craftsteak for treating us like the very meat you so tenderley cook...
