I have been visiting Sweet Oclock since last year. It just got worse and worse. When I visited it on Feb, at the time that it started serving taiwanese hot meal, it took me 1.5 hours waiting on the food and spent almost a hundred dollar for 4 people. Definitely not time-worthy and not cheap for its quality...When I visited it recently in May, staff told me they had a new policy with minimum order per person. It was at around 8 pm and there were just 2 tables occupied. I do not see the point of this policy. I always buy a dessert and share with my boyfriend. it took only 10 minutes. I may not be VIP who spent a lot on money per order, but i am a loyal customer who always come back and spend money.... This policy sounds like "buy more or go away" to me... I have expressed my opinion to the staff but of course, they do not care. obviously they only care about the amount you spent instead of frequency or any other measures of customers. I am disappointed and I am not going to this restaurant again, though i just live across the street.
