Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. First off I took my car into get the instrument cluster replaced and programmed. Mike was the service writer and he was very nice called me and asked if I wanted another key to get programmed while they were doing it. I said sure that's awesome. Well I got my truck back and the original key got locked inside and the other keys don't work to unlock the truck now. I paid to get my truck unlocked got the original key out and now that key has a hard time unlocking my truck. So I called in hopes that someone would help me. Mike said that because the new keys are cut so clean the cylinder lock probably went bad. And that I need new cylinder locks. I'm sorry I feel like that is something I should have been warned about. So I ask to talk to his manager. John. What a jerk he kept talking under me and saying that it was unrelated to the repairs. If I pay for a new key that key should do all of the things a key should do. Right? Obviously John doesn't think so. This is my first time using ford to do repairs and honestly this will be my last. I can not believe that the response wasn't " hey just bring it down let us see if we can fix it." Instead I got the "manager" that won't take responsibility for something that could have been avoided. Btw john told me to put wd40 on it and it "should" fix the problem. I can not believe I paid $1300 for an incomplete job. DONT TAKE YOUR CARS TO THIS PLACE !!!!
