  • Very aggressive and very pushy sales man. Told me I had to get a detail before even looking into my vehicle. Had gone initially to get the Ultimate Wash and was told that the Ultimate Wash "does not include interior cleaning at all". If this is true then the website is very misleading and inaccurate and should be removed. Currently suggests it includes both the interior disinfectant and leather treatment options, but was told otherwise by salesman and then later by manager when I inquired about it. The car was driven off before I even agreed to the service package as I stood there being pushed into the only option they would discuss with me being the interior detail even after I told them I was there for the Ultimate Wash. When I went in to pay I mentioned my discomfort and dissatisfaction to the front desk who encouraged me to speak to a manager, but when he walked up I got no comfort for customer care working with him either. When I received the vehicle back I was greatly disappointed. For being an interior detail, it was more of a quick wipe and left with many crevices missed and a very bad filmy residue. Many of the areas are still dusty and they had NO attention to detail at all. Expensive service for a VERY CHEAP job. TERRIBLE. Don't waste your money or time.
