  • Whenever my mother and I do lunch, we end up at the Green Eggplant. There are other restaurants in the area, but why settle for good when you can have great. On my last trip, I had the Salmon, which exactly hit the spot. The three dips they bring out at the beginning of the meal were exactly as they always are; perfect! Seriously better than many that you have to order and pay for. Good bang for your buck $$$ wise too! We both took home doggy bags.
