Poor communication, period. I made an appointment for 10:45-11 am on Monday morning, April 23rd, and when I arrive they warn me they are pretty slammed and won't even look at my leaky transmission until tomorrow. Ok I rolled with it, I understand being busy. I was a little miffed they didn't bother to call me and at least warn me, since I need prep time to arrange for a needed accessible wheelchair van (which they were made aware of the fact that I needed a wheelchair van) I finally was able to rent a van for the night.
They, prestige dodge, opens at 7:00 am; I called at 9am and 11:30 to no avail nor a call back from my service manager Miguel. I was able to go into the shop and at least find out what the problem was on my van
Upon finding Miguel and asking face to face what was wrong he began to tell me they haven't even looked at the van and it probably wouldn't get looked at until tomorrow (april 26th) at that point I repeated that this was ridiculous and it was not only costing me time I didn't have but money and strain on family members who were watching my disabled daughter for me because I am also disabled. I kindly, but sternly, asked for my van and said I'd take my business elsewhere.
It's not that I couldn't make arrangements for a wheelchair van it is that I repeatedly misled and lied to about time frames and was not forewarned of time issues or even called to warn of the time issues. There was NO communication, period.
