My friend and I arrived about an hour early for our dinner reservation Friday night and were surprised and delighted to see that bar is a piano bar (with singers), which I think is pretty awesome. The bar seems to be the place to hang out as it just kept getting busier and busier and the dining room remained fairly sparse. The cocktail menu in the bar is an interesting mix of specialty and traditional cocktails with a twist. Dinner was good, I always enjoy the cream corn and mashed potatoes with my steak. I had no room for butter cake at the end, but it is a favorite when dining at a Mastro's.
