Update: I tried contacting Mike Dayley but again no help through the telephone. So I went once again to walker furniture and walked to the front counter. I spoke to a lady named Amaya asked her for Mike Dayley. It seemed like I asked her to do a lot and she rolled her eyes, slowly got off her chair and went to the back. She came back a few moments later and said "Mike Dayley is too busy". Wow. My next move is to go to Better Business Bureau. I'm better off going there.
Short version: go to ikea or another furniture store.
Long version: Walker Furniture is the WORST for many reason. First of all, I wanted to browse around and look at their selection but kept being bugged by the sales people. I get it, if they sell furniture they get commission but please let the customer breath a little. Second, they try so hard to make you buy more. I went in only wanting to buy a mattress and the sales person kept insisting I should take out a loan to buy more furniture because they have a promotion going on. Like why should I do what they say? Third, their promotions are BS. It seems like they always have things on sale but in reality they're not. Fourth, their customer service is the worst too. I ended up just buying a mattress and 3 weeks later the mattress started sagging from one side. I called and I was being transferred from department to department. I got tired of explaining myself so I decided to go in person and show the pictures I took of my mattress. They pretty much said they would take my current mattress in and give me another mattress but i would have to pay a 20% inventory stock and another delivery fee. Wow.
And Mike Dayley better not reply to this. He was of no help either.
