  • They must have just had a major rush, b/c the drink station was out of medium lids, napkins and forks. The employee who was trying to refill everything was so flustered that she knocked over another customer's drink. Maybe they were short-staffed, but it's the mark of bad management. Also, I couldn't change my 9-month-old's diaper b/c there's no diaper changing station in the bathroom (rude.). I did a quick search through google and learned that almost no location has accommodations to change babies, so I don't think I'll be back.
