I stayed here last week and accommodations were fine. However, due to the rude nature of the front desk attendant who is on the night shift, I have to rate it poorly. There is some construction going on and I was locked out of the hotel. I kept ringing the buzzer from the outside and I could see the woman from the bottom of the stairs looking at the buzzer and ignoring it. I finally picked up the phone and called, she picked up and I told her that I was watching her from the window ignore the buzzer and she hung up the phone. I called back and demanded her name and she told me to walk around to the side entrance and hung up a second time. She is a taller Caucasian woman in her mid to late 50's and her customer service skills are a nightmare. I can't believe that she works in the hospitality industry and she should be terminated. I will be following up with upper management and the better business bureau.
