First time in, the wouldn't take my glitching phone. The advice they gave me was to go home, back it up, run a restore and see if that fixed it for free. If that didn't work, they said they would replace the screen for a reasonable price. If the problem was the motherboard, they said they would put back my screen, not charge me, and send me off to the apple store to beg for a swap of a refurbished phone. That sounded eminently reasonable to me!
