Lost all of the mail they had been claiming to hold for us for a month, been two months since they were supposed to fix the mailbox, and lost a huge package and refused to look into it, which both still yet have to be done. Every time I go in I get different answers, nobody on the staff is on the same page! Discouraging and disheartening, I just want my mail but I keep getting deceitful responses just so they can get to the next person in line faster. Wish our complex's mail system didn't go through them, might have all of our mail if that were the case. Please have some honesty, responsibility, integrity, and stop screwing us over. We really aren't asking for much.
