Rude & Disrespectful Company
I started working with Patty Jones who started out very nice to work with. Our schedules kept conflicting so we were never able to meet in person. Nonetheless, Patty made the trip to our under construction home to take measurements. We spoke a couple times after and my wife and I said we'd stop by the showroom. That's went things went array for some reason.....
Soon as we arrived at the show room, two male employees who weren't doing anything much but converting amongst each other, took one look at us and turned to a lady at the desk tom motion to her they didn't want to work work with us. Body language speaks volumes. We met Ann who seemed nice and explained some different options for us. We asked she take our request and leave a message for Patty. She said she'd send her an email to contact us.
A couple,e of days later, I decided to send Patty a text message (she's been responsive to this form of communication). Fast forward a couple of days later and I still haven't heard back from her or received a followup from Southwest Blinds & Shutters.
I find it rude to not contact a customer back and the employee attitudes we encountered at the showroom were clearly disrespectful.
