  • when i originally rated this business I gave it 4 stars for such efficient and friendly service. however, now only a week after i got my gel manicure on over half my nails are peeling, multiple are chipped, and one has completely peeled off. i have always gotten gel manicures and they have lasted at least 3 weeks. when i called to ask for them to be fixed, the manager stated they don't guarantee gel manicures to last past 5 days. i walked into another salon who looked at my nails and said they should never look like that under 2 weeks and their salon personally guarantees 14 days. never going back to this place even with the good service, horrible result.
