  • I have been many times over the years and I have had enough of their poor service and filthy environment. They certainly need to come up with a system to handle the volume of clients they service during busy times. More than once I have come in while the place was slammed, was seated, and basically forgotten about. I've even experienced others that came in after me (without an appt) being helped before me. Let's not even mention how dirty the place is. Fancy chairs and free flowing booze are no longer enough to lure me back.
