  • I've been here off and on over the last 2 years to get waxing done as its close to my home. NEVER AGAIN. This time the lady was super rough with zero concern that the facial area is very delicate. First she drops wax in my hair. Then her wax strip touched my lip and without waiting she RIPPED OFF SKIN FROM MY LIPS. There was tons of bleeding and 4-5 cotton swabs, its now swollen and will take a week to heal. I asked for the owner, who was super rude, saying 'Your lips are dry and now since this is already happened what do you want us to do as the waxing lady has already apologized..' SERIOUSLY? This is the attitude of being in a service profession ? How about: Can we get you some ice, would you like some water, do you need some time, would you like a doctor, some first aid, we will waive this off and give you a complimentary service' ... I was too disgusted and just walked out.
