  • I have never encountered such incompetence from the front desk to corporate. The only saving grace and the ONLY reason I continued to see them was that one Vet there was awesome. As soon as she left I paid to cancel all my dogs pet plan contracts. Horrible place and if you call corporate you'll get the run around and no help!!!! I'll never go back there. I tried 3 different Banfields close to me, all the same!
