All the instructors actually care about your fitness progress and are very attentive. I've worked through a weak lower back, bad knee, headache and asthma. They always notice and suggest other excoriates to do or enlighten me on the fact that I don't drink enough water. Lol. Which is true.
This is such a motivating place with members of all shapes and sizes in different stages of their fitness. #teamraw
