  • Very unhappy. I received a call from my elderly mother that they came to finish up on something. When I checked, she had been charged almost $1600 for an air purifier that we did not need. When I called, I was told they were sorry. It seems to me that they targeted an elderly person on a fixed income with an unnecessary purchase.
