  • I had my Amarni Exchange suit brought to them for a dry clean. After I picked it up I've noticed there were multiple small white marks left on my suit, it kinda looked like the dried water stain from your iron if you haven't cleaned it after a few uses. So I let them redo it. And because some part of the suit, close to the pocket looked shinier than the rest part of the cloth - which was done due to the way they press it, she told me she's gonna leave a note for steam only. The second time I picked it up, it looked even worse! She assured me they cleaned twice, and I asked her "does this look clean to you?" She couldn't say nothing except repeating they cleaned it. And this is the second time they ruined my nice clothes!!! And they do not even apologize for it at all!!! I should just stayed with the pricier ones which could do much better job. A couple bucks savings ruin my hundred-dollar clothes!
