  • The visit was Ok, nothing special, but the business office and payment process, what a nitemare. Ended up HSA ( I did speak to the business office that I was trying to see what and why they did not receive pmt from HSA) did not get to where it needed to go and account ended up going to a collection company,no phone call, no past due, dunning, late notice received. Then a processing fee for the collection plus the charge for it going to collection. So will not be using this company again, unless absolutely necessary
