Went here for a year because this is where my trainer is. It would have rated 3 stars then...up until I went to renew. That was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had. I already knew that the people at the front desk were rude and unresponsive. I knew that the owner's whole business model is based upon trainers, so he doesn't care about members. I know that the place has gone from spacious and clean, to messy and noisy. But they've now taken obnoxious to the point of customer-repelling. As in, I talked my training into training at home, JUST so I didn't have to walk in there again.
And I am absolutely positive that they couldn't care less.
