  • We had a suite and it still was pretty cramped. The pull out sofa bed was disgusting and uncomfortable. The queen size bed, which was crammed in a smaller room than the washroom. The washroom was cheesy with outdated fixtures. The carpet floor looked disgusting, I can't imagine taking my shoes off. I'm very disappointed with this supposed 5 star hotel.
