I'm updating my review of KA Car Care. The owner contacted me and offered to re-detail my car for free. I'm impressed that the owner took the time to actually listen to my concerns and make things right. A+ customer service right there. Not many businesses would ever do something like that. The car looks great now and I am very happy. He also listened to the problems I had and said that he would talk to his staff.
The problems I had with the original service was that staff never contacted me to pick up my car, that the detailing itself wasn't up to par and that staff were not very professional when I was talking to them (they were laughing and joking around which is okay but not when dealing with a customer). When I called and asked about their location as well, they never told me they were in the Green P parking, so I didn't know I had to pay for parking until I actually arrived. That would have been good info to know and to tell all customers so they can anticipate the extra cost (especially because I don't park at the building for work, i just live in the neighbourhood).
Again, really impressed that the owner himself talked to me and has taken all the steps to make sure the problems I had won't happen to others. I'm certain of this because it is very obvious from talking to this owner that he really, really cares about his business and that he actually goes out of his way to make sure people are happy!
