  • This review is for the pharmacy clerk at the drive-thru. I stopped by Sunday morning (9/17) to drop off my parents prescriptions. The female clerk told me, they don't take Medicare and the medicine won't be covered. I called B/S, I'm not going to waste my time arguing with someone who's incompetent. She had one job, she didn't even call to verify the coverage. Medicare is nationwide, I never had a problem refilling my parents scripts. Never returning here and taking our business somewhere else. Walgreens, please hire someone who knows what they're doing & take pride of their job. Smh.
