  • This rating is regarding USAA auto insurance...(you know the corner cutting company nationally over-advertised all on the TV screen.) Don't fall for the hype. Apparently here, the "one-sided relations" work best when you just pay your premiums and require nothing in return. To USAA, you represent nothing but a "number" and expen$es. (This going beyond the usual insurance let-downs...very impersonal, poor customer service.) Sorely regret switching to them.
