I stop by to get a caramel macchiato, was in the drive thru. Got my coffe and drove away. About a block down the road I take a sip and it was black coffee so I turn the car around went back to the drive-thru let them know what happened they said they realized it once somebody else came up and they were handing them the wrong coffee so they gave me the right coffee and gave me a $5 courtesy discount card for my next cup of coffee. They handled the situation with Grace and I drove away a happy customer and will return, mistakes do happen to everyone but it's the way you handle them that matters.
