  • This company uses misleading sales practices. They do not disclose a $300 administration fee or a monthly 2.5% Administration fee upfront. You are only notified when you receive your lease via email days later. We set up all utilities and made notifications to current landlord only to have to cancel a week out. 02/03/2016. We were promised a refund of our bavkground check money by the owner the day I posted the original posting about our experience dealing with this company. As of today we have yet to receive the promised $100 background check money we were charged. 02/09/2916 We still have not received our refund check as promised by owner. Definitely not a respectable company to work with. 02/20/2016 Still no check as of today. Was promised last week by accts payable that she will be cutting the check on the 12th. This company is diabolical and employs all liars ! 02/23/2016 Finally received our reimbursement check today.
