The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is due to Holly being friendly and provided me with food and drink when I went to do my hair and didn't have the cash to buy lunch.
I'm disappointed in my hair. I went from a brunette to a blonde but at first, it was ashy, purple, and blue. I had to go back because I couldn't deal with the color. Another hair stylist told me that I should stop showing my mom my hair as I indicated that my mom saw the blue and purple hues. That is NOT a professional or acceptable behavior.
I still wasn't happy with how my hair looked after a month and I decided to go back to see if she could fix it since it was time to do my roots. I came out utterly disappointed as it is now the opposite of what I wanted and what's worse is that I was charged full price and I cannot even walk out of the house without a beanie. My hair is white across my hairline and my roots are white. I'm now told that highlights will blend the white and give it dimension. Just another way of making you spend even more money even though I am not happy with how my hair looks.
The girl that does the threading doesn't know what she's doing. They may rave that this girl is the best but she's not. She's rude if she doesn't know you and she is unprofessional. I had an appointment for a full-face threading, she didn't bother telling me she wasn't going to show and wasted my time. I don't like my eyebrows darker than my hair and she made them darker so I had to buy a hair dye box to do my eyebrows to lighten them and fix her work.
