  • San Marbeya has been the best apartment complex I've lived in Tempe. The management, maintenance, and amenities are all wonderful. The staff is extremely personable and make living here very enjoyable. The rent is fairly priced comparing it to other places of similar standards in Tempe. I was skeptical about the price when I first moved in, but after living here for a year it's definitely money well spent. The best part of San Marbeya is the community. Generally people are very respectful and easy going. The pool area is a great place to go hang out during the day or chill by the hot tub at night. I've made tons of friends living here. My recomendation if you decide to move in is pay a little extra to have the hardwood floors put in. We had them do "half" of the apartment hardwood before move-in and I wish we would have done the whole place. The carpets are ugly and get dirty very easily. Whether you are a student, graduate, or a family San Marbeya is honestly a great place to come stay. I recommend it to everyone that I talk to.
