  • The car we were given was absolutely filthy and we waited a very long time for it. This location offers a "courtesy" shuttle only until 3:30 pm so we decided to cut our rental short versus taking a cab back to our hotel. When we arrived the lady at the front desk said she didn't think they were doing it anymore for the day even though it was only 3:00. She made sure to tell me that it's just a courtesy and they don't have to offer it. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.
