  • I've waited 45 min, an hour and 25 minutes. Three strikes and they're out. This place SUCKS when it comes to service, personal attention and front of house experience. It's like an assembly line which is fine except the workflow is broken. Today they claimed one of their vets "called in sick". Same excuse as last time. Zero stars would be more suitable. Records transferred.
