  • David did a fantastic job tuning up my bike. The price was great and service was fast. When I brought my bike in I told him about the sound I was hearing with my chain; and he measured it and advised me that I might want to consider getting a new one. I asked him for more details and he explained that it was about 75% worn and that if I let it get closer to 100% that it would likely mean replacing the cassette. I approved the replacement (also at a totally reasonable cost). Without seeing me on the bike, but looking at the handlebars, he then asked me about my hoods and if I wanted him to move them up higher so that I wouldn't be reaching so far forward to brake. He said I would probably be happy with it but if not, that he would move them back. My bike was ready earlier than estimated and I do like the new placement of my hoods. With the new chain my bike runs smoother and quieter! I didn't feel pressured on any of the services and felt like David was an authentically nice guy who knows his stuff.
