  • I purchased a used car from Hendrick Honda 30 days ago and still have not received my new license plate. I now have an expired temporary plate and can't get anyone at Hendrick to give a damn. They were great to me when I was shopping for a car but ever since they sold to me, they are done with me. I was discarded like trash. The salesman didn't offer any help. The title worker complained how busy she was doing the job of two people and just could not help that it took so long. She wouldn't even return my calls. I had to contact a supervisor to get her to call me. Then when the plate came in they didn't even let me know, I had to call and call again. When I asked them to overnight it they refused due to cost savings. What a bunch of losers! This is my last purchase from Hendrick for me and my entire family.
