  • Do not, repeat do not bring your VW or for that matter any car there for service. Appointment made to get an partially stuck glove compartment door unstuck. No statement of a charge before fixing told to me on the phone. I would have paid whatever the charge when fixed. Bring it in the next day. Service says that will be $70.00 just to open the door and look at it. No wonder there are so many 1 stars. VW is not what it used to be. STAY AWAY
